Removal of all wall tiles in the shower and tub area. Removal of all backer boards in these areas. Removal of the shower valve, shower head and tub. Removal of the vanity and sinks. Mirror and light fixture. Flooring tile removal.
Install:
New steal white tub (standard tub). New delta fixture shower and tub valve control (Included). Dura rock wall boards. Wall tiles 88 Sq. Ft. Standard wall tile pattern included). Shower valve trim kit and shower head (included). Grout and clean (customer to choose color). Drywall repairs as needed texture to match.
New vanity, counter top and sinks. New faucets (customer to provide). New mirror. 2 can lights in the ceiling. Texture and paint the bathroom. New floor tile in the bathroom.
