RE: Garage Roof Deck installation
Deck Installation:
Construct a wood deck onto the garage roof of the home. Deck will be constructed of 2x6 stringers and 5 ¼ beveled deck boards. Had rails will be custom made with 4x4 posts and decorative 2x4 railing systems. Customer to approve the railing systems. All decking will be screwed down with 2 ¼ deck screws. Hand rails will be nailed together with ring shanked galvanized nails. All materials and labor are included in the proposal for the decking. Purchase and install a metal spiral staircase for the access to the new roof decking. Staircase has an allowance built into the proposal of ($2300.00 for materials)for the cost of the materials and staircase only. There are several options for this application. Home owner will need to approve. Labor for the installation of the staircase and construction of it are included in the pricing shown below as total project pricing.
