Demo:
Removal of all cabinets
Removal of the vanities and sinks
Removal of the entire shower enclosure
Removal of the tile in and around the shower and tub
Removal of all floor tile
Removal of the 2 large walls that make up the shower enclosure
Removal of the toilet
Pull all base boards
Pull the tub
Removal of the shower valve and tub valve assemblies
Removal of all mirrors and wall hung lights
Install:
Frame out 2 knee walls on both sides of the new shower layout (open shower design/No door)
New shower pan and liner
New shower valve into the knee wall
Vinyl Liner
Hardie backer boards in shower and around tub deck and back splash
Drywall patch all areas as needed
New wall tile in the bathroom to wrap the shower
New can lights in the ceiling x4
Pancake boxes over sinks
New vanity cabinets and counter tops (Chocolate Shaker cabinets quoted for both his and hers sinks)
New under mount sinks
New faucets
Granite Counter tops quoted (Level One Granite )
New Floor tile
Corner bench in the shower
2 corner shelves
2 small glass wall partitions
Valve for tub
New claw style tub (customer to chose style and size)
Full interior painting
New 5 ¼ base board (primed and painted)
