This project entailed framing out a 2' x 4' wall, running the electrical needed for the tv and fireplace that included a homerun connection to the panel and a 20 amp breaker for this circuit.
The wall was finished with with a concrete backer board panels and stone veneer. The corners of the wall was finished with a metal sluter.
Bracing was added on the inside of the wall to support the TV bracket. Mounted the tv bracket and hang the TV as well as mount the Fireplace and plug into the outlet behind the unit.

Project Description:
The view is from under a 1950's bungalow style home where the working space was about 24in tall. The floor joist in question was braced and jacked up into its correct position and leveled, 2 2x8 scabs installed on either side of the failure and tie together to the next to hoist for strength. Blocking and strapping was installed to tie all structures together as one.

At this location we removed all baseboards in kitchen, living room, dining room, family room and hallways.
Purchased and installed new 7 base boards in areas removed.
Caulked and painted all new baseboards and shoe molding.
Painted all interior walls(no ceilings.)
Painted 10 doors and door casings.
Painted wall trim in dining room.
This truly gave this home a much brighter and modern look!
